There is still a lot of winter to go, but the grey days and chilly weather of January seem to be lingering too long already.  Finding little ways to incorporate fun, enjoyment and pretty things into my days helps the winter pass.  The January blues don’t have to be so bad!

The bedside table is the first area of the home that you see in the morning and the last that you see at night, so adding cheerful details bedside is a lovely place to start addressing winter’s dullness.  Styling flowers, books to read, pretty notebooks and candles in cheery shades adds a little happy to a room.   Waking up next to a bright arrangement feels special.  Add a cup of hot tea to sip on and the combination can shed some positive light on the season.
