When times get busy, perhaps taking some time out to escape is just what is needed to rejuvenate. April is one of my most busy months of the year, but squeezing in a little break here or there to plan something to look forward to is worthwhile. Indulging in some gloomy day escapism by flipping through pages of beautiful images and text. With lemon water in hand and some imagination, I’m finding some breathing space with Janelle McCulloch’s Provence and the Côte D’Azur. This book is full of dreamy and seductive photographs and ‘in the know’ travel content. It just so happens that a summertime trip across the Atlantic is in the works… feeling refreshed and excited. Now back to reality and the lengthy to do list!
